Yes, we do. The airport pickup fee is $10. Pickup from the train station is free.

I'm on a budget travel and want to cook myself. Is it possible in your guesthouse?

Yes, we have a kitchen and cooking facilities. There is also a cheap food market about 500 m from our guesthouse.

Yes, we have a semi-automatic washing machine at the moment and you can use it for free.

There is no embassy/consulate of Mongolia in my country. How do I apply for Mongolian visa?

It is possible to apply in other countries. You can get your visa for example in Russia or China before coming to Mongolia. If you are going through Russia please contact our partners in Russia to get help on it.

Do you have ATMs near your guesthouse?

Yes, there are many banks nearby, several ATMs in the State Department Store. You can also exchange foreign money to Mongolian tugriks in almost every bank.

How can I buy a SIM card in Ulan-Bator?

There are 2 GSM and one CDMA mobile operators and phone shops few minutes walk from our guesthouse. To buy a SIM card you need to show your passport.

Where can we buy souvenirs in UB?

There is a shop in our building (Guesthouse #1). There are also several souvenir shops on the Peace Avenue (the main street in Ulaanbaatar).
